Located in the northern Gold Coast, Serenity Reserve is a tranquil community within the 65-hectare Serenity 4212 masterplan, delivered by JV partners Keylin and Kinstone Group.
Following the successful sell-out of Serenity Reserve, our recent community event brought neighbours together to connect and gave the Keylin and Kinstone teams an opportunity to engage with residents in person. Utilising the green spaces and amenities at Serenity Reserve, residents enjoyed outdoor activities, including yoga, kids’ games and face painting, live music from a local soloist, and coffee and morning tea from local suppliers.
The event was a great success, with positive feedback from residents: “Thank you for a lovely morning tea. We are newcomers to Serenity Reserve and enjoyed meeting other new residents. We have a good feeling that Serenity Reserve will be a wonderful community to be part of” – Serenity Reserve resident.
