We recently welcomed future residents and the local community to celebrate the next phase of Lakeside Serenity 4212, developed by Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group.
The event offered a chance to meet the developers and builder, tour the newly completed Lakeside Villas, and preview the upcoming Lakeside Apartments. The apartments are currently under construction by CoStruct Builders and expected to be move-in ready by Spring 2027.
Guests enjoyed live music, tasty treats, refreshing drinks, and interactive entertainment including golf simulators, buggy tours and scenic boat rides on Lake Serenity. Thank you to our partners and suppliers who helped bring this event to life.
