IN THE NEWS // The status of our art-deco inspired project Oria at Spring Hill has been elevated this week following the State Government’s announcement of a world class stadium to be delivered at Victoria Park for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. With 132 residences under construction, Oria has gained a front row seat for the games, with its position overlooking the new stadium and parklands, and its close proximity to the Athlete’s Village and Main Arena to be built at the RNA Showgrounds and the new National Aquatic Centre at the site of Centenary Pool.
Keylin Managing Director Louis Cheung says: “It will be an extraordinary backyard for the future residents of Oria. As Brisbane’s oldest suburb Spring Hill is steeped in history, and the Olympics’ legacy will add another layer to that history for the benefit of generations to come.”
