Keylin and JV Partner Kinstone Group are pleased to share that the updated plans for the next stage of the Lakeside precinct were recently approved at Serenity 4212 on the northern Gold Coast.
The plans have been revised to maximise the precinct’s unique waterfront lifestyle and stunning views across Lake Serenity and neighbouring Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.
The plans include additional resident amenities comprising a resort style pool, dog park and wash down area, residents lounge, private dining and kayak hire. This next stage delivers 83 apartments across two four-storey buildings, with associated amenity and a shared underground basement. The precinct also includes 20 villas, 16 of which are on the waterfront with access to the private Lake Serenity, these are currently under construction.
