It has set the foundation for award-winning projects, earning industry recognition for excellence in planning, design and craftsmanship and keeping us at the cutting edge of property development for more than a decade.

At the heart of our vision is our desire to shape a sustainable future where elevated design and human values work together to transform the experience of ‘community’ for future generations.

Since our inception in 2015 we have successfully delivered more than 15 residential and community projects, which more than 600 families now call home. Today, with more than $2 billion in projects in the planning and construction phases, we are charting a strong future for our people and our industry.

Giving back.

Beyond creating communities, we see it as our privilege – and responsibility – to help build them too. Of our many achievements, the community partnerships we form sit close to our heart.

We celebrate our ability to give back to communities through local job creation, positive social and economic impacts, and grassroots community and charitable partnerships focused on education, family health, and wellbeing. In 2023, Keylin donated to the Mater Group to support Catherine’s House for Mothers, Babies and Families – Queensland’s first integrated perinatal mental health service. With our donation, a sensory room within Catherine’s House was named the Serenity Room, in recognition of a project carried out by Keylin in joint venture with Kinstone Group. Other charitable partnerships include Helensvale State High School, Brisbane Grammar School, Mater Foundation, and the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust. We also proudly support industry-led initiatives such as RU OK Day.

Keylin founded in Brisbane

Keylin Properties started in 2010 with renovations of townhomes in Moorooka and a 4-lot subdivision in Sunnybank, Queensland.

2015
Rebranded to Keylin Group

Rebranded and became Keylin Group to fulfil our vision to become an integrated development group.

First site acquisition in Hope Island

Secured a strategic site in the high-growth northern Gold Coast corridor for the multi-stage residential development, Park Cove.

2017 – 2019
Staged delivery of Park Cove, Hope Island
Waterfront Residences

Stage 1 comprised 16 residential lots for the Hope Island community.

Park Cove Parkside Terraces

Stage 2 delivered 31 park-side terrace homes.

Park Cove Villas

Stage 3 comprised 43 villas in a gated community.

2019
Announced Joint Venture with Kinstone Group for the $600M Serenity 4212 masterplan

Previously the Oyster Cove project, the acquisition of the Serenity 4212 site at Helensvale was one of the largest development deals in the previous five years on the Gold Coast. Read more

Completed Park Cove Eastern Villas, Hope Island

The final collection of 36 premium townhomes at Park Cove was a finalist in the 2020 UDIA Queensland Awards for Premium Small Scale Development.

Completed Arnica, Carina

Arnica comprised 20 townhomes near Minnippi parklands and established amenities in leafy Carina and its surrounds.

2021
Completed Palladium, Hope Island

Palladium comprised 39 premium townhomes and was a finalist in the 2021 UDIA Queensland Awards for Small Scale Development.

Completed Park Cove Residences, Hope Island

Park Cove Residences comprised 9 luxury resident homesites, completing our Park Cove community.

Completed Serenity Waters, Helensvale

As the first stage of the Serenity 4212 master plan, Serenity Waters delivered 110 waterfront and reserve-front lots for premium new homes. The acclaimed development was a finalist in the UDIA Queensland Awards for Residential Subdivision, and shortlisted in the Urban Developer Awards 2021 as Development of the Year – New Communities. 2021 – 2024
Announced Joint Venture (JV) with Kinstone Group for $1.5B Foxwell Coomera hospital and mixed-use precinct

Previously Coomera Town Centre South, the acquisition of Foxwell Coomera on the Northern Gold Coast was Keylin’s first commercial project. A strategic community integrating lifestyle, health, business and convenience shaping the future of Coomera, this 47.7 ha precinct opposite Westfield Coomera is designed to complement the proposed Foxwell Day Hospital. This project has multiple parks with various stages in planning, approvals, construction and operational. Read more

Completed Serenity Green, Helensvale

Serenity Green comprised 60 townhomes in a gated community of Serenity 4212. In 2023, the project won the UDIA Queensland Award for Boutique Development and was delivered successfully against industry headwinds including the COVID pandemic and supply chain disruptions, and inclement weather.

Completed The Wembley Reserve Series, Browns Plains

The Wembley Reserve Series comprised 46 homesites, perfect for families.

2023
First Build to Rent project completed at The Wembley, Browns Plains

In the Logan growth corridor south of Brisbane, The Wembley delivered 16 purpose-built Build to Rent residences on an infill development site, as part of our broader The Wembley community, which was completed in 2017.

Donation to Catherine’s House Sensory Room, Mater Group

Keylin donated to the Mater Group to support Catherine’s House – Queensland’s first integrated perinatal mental health service.

Indooroopilly mixed-use development planning

Keylin completed design, consultation and planning for a strategic mixed-use development on a prominent amalgamated site at Station Road. The proposal was declared as an application for State Facilitated Development by the Queensland Government in 2024. Read more

Completed stages at Serenity Reserve, Helensvale

The first two stages of Serenity Reserve’s 86 four-bedroom townhomes and communal spaces were completed.

Completed Calam Reserve, Calamvale

Keylin sold out a rare infill development project of 28 home sites at Calamvale, just 20 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD. Development is well underway.

Commenced construction of Lakeside precinct at Serenity 4212, Helensvale

The final stage of the Serenity 4212 masterplan is the Lakeside precinct, with the first 16 premium waterfront villas commencing construction.

Commenced construction, Oria Spring Hill

A landmark 15-storey art deco-inspired residential development, Oria is under construction and will deliver two, three and four-bedroom residences.

Commenced residential subdivision at Chambers Flat, Logan

Keylin commenced construction on a 66-lot development located on a 5.48-hectare infill site at Andrews Court in the Logan growth corridor, south of Brisbane.
