Keylin has lodged a Development Application to deliver a residential building at 39 Lambert Street. Located in one of Brisbane’s most connected riverside suburbs, the proposal aims to deliver accessible inner-city living, balancing high-end design with the needs of the middle market. With vertical and cascading landscaped planting, along with detailed precast elements and articulated slab edges, the design echoes the natural character of the nearby Kangaroo Point cliffs.
