Keylin has lodged a Development Application to deliver a residential-led mixed-use building at 290 Water Street. The site will be transformed into ground-level commercial and retail space and 132 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The Jackson Teece design responds carefully to the site’s local heritage context, retaining and restoring the early twentieth-century commercial buildings associated with Henry Roberts and the Brunswick Home Furnishers business. Future residents will have access to proposed rooftop amenities, including a pool, spa, gym, sauna, infrared sauna, yoga area, outdoor BBQ and entertainment space, private dining area and library.
