Keylin, and JV partner Mackwell, have lodged a Development Application to deliver a five-storey mixed-use residential building at 2 Latrobe Terrace. The proposal seeks to play a role in the suburb’s renewal while embracing the distinctive heritage that defines Paddington.

Positioned in one of Brisbane’s most character-rich inner suburbs, the 1,822sqm corner site at the intersection of Latrobe and Given Terrace will be transformed with street-level retail activation and 29 two and three-bedroom apartments across the upper levels.
