FINALIST // Keylin and JV partner Kinstone Group are delighted to share Serenity Green at the northern Gold Coast is a finalist and the only Queensland entry in the Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards, for Best Residential Development.
Years in the making and the first medium-density development within the Serenity 4212 masterplan at Helensvale, Serenity Green’s gated community of 60 premium townhomes and amenities is a thriving home to 100+ residents.
The project introduced housing diversity to a low-supply market in 2021 and was delivered through close collaboration with construction partner Greyburn Building Contractors and is continuing to achieve strong resale values.
