Construction has commenced for the first 16 absolute waterfront villas within Serenity 4212’s Lakeside precinct.


Lakeside is the fourth and final precinct at the 65-hectare Serenity 4212 community at the northern Gold Coast. The precinct’s premium north facing villas represent a rare waterfront offering in the area.

Lakeside’s villas comprise 16 north facing 4-bedroom residences, some with pontoons and pools. Construction commenced in early2024 by leading Gold Coast builder Resort Homes and is due for completion by late 2025.

Adjoining the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, Lakeside’s vibrant precinct plan is being finalised in 2024. The plan will likely include a mix of low to medium rise apartments with sculptural architectural design, resident recreational amenities, open spaces, and commercial and retail amenity.

The waterfront real estate and gentle density of the Lakeside precinct is unlikely to ever be replicated at the northern Gold Coast, in part due to some of the development’s original planning approvals dating back 20 years.

Designed to respond to the evolving needs and growth of the area, Lakeside will become a tranquil lifestyle retreat on a rare waterfront pocket.
