The Sickle Park Upgrade will see the creation of a natural ampitheatre in the park as well as numerous shelters with BBQ facilities to accommodate the area’s growing community needs. After community consultation, Keylin Group and City of Gold Coast Council have included additional carparks along Sickle Avenue. The avenue will also be widened and stormwater drainage upgrade works will be completed.
The upgrade will take place in three stages, over six months with stage one works commencing early next year. Keylin is also a major contributor to transforming the local infrastructure, paying almost $4 million in council infrastructure charges which includes the $1.6 million Sickle Park upgrade.
