Keylin has acquired a strategic parcel of land in SpringHill to further boost its land holdings in the inner city of Brisbane. The total area of the land is 2483sqm and it currently has an existing commercial building with Keylin using it as its head office.

Keylin is currently investigating potential redevelopment options for the site and providing boutique residential for people who like to live in stylish urban building.

It is just 2km to Brisbane CBD and is a short walk to King Street dinning precinct in Bowen Hills, RNA showgrounds, and The Royal Brisbane.
