Strategic acquisition of a parcel of land in Spring Hill comes with existing commercial buildings

Keylin has acquired a strategic parcel of land in SpringHill to further boost its land holdings in the inner city of Brisbane. The total area of the land is 2483sqm and it currently has an existing commercial building with Keylin using it as its head office.

Keylin is currently investigating potential redevelopment options for the site and will provide a boutique residential option for people who like to live in stylish urban developments.

The site is located just 2 km from the Brisbane CBD and is a short walk to the King St dining precinct in Bowen Hills, RNA Showgrounds as well as The Royal Brisbane Hospital.

Victoria Park is located at the top of the hill with the 64 hectares currently being redeveloped into a world-class park land that will offer Brisbane residents an urban park for adventure, discovery, and reconnection.

Brisbane International airport is an easy 15 mins drive, the M1 to the Gold Coast(60mins) and the Bruce Highway to the Sunshine Coast. (75 mins)
